The Draper Rooms are commonly appreciated for their convenient location, often described as being within walking distance of the city centre, about 15-20 minutes away, with pubs outside Temple Bar easily accessible. Guests frequently mention the clean and spacious rooms, some of which have kettles for making tea and coffee. The on-site pub-restaurant is a popular spot for dinner, with the Guinness stew being a standout dish, although some guests have noted that the hotel being above a bar can be problematic for those sensitive to noise. The location is very accessible from the bus stop. The bus stop was just outside the premises. Friendly staff were also present.
The room was very noisy because of the pub below. I found the noise especially noticeable during the weekend. The bathroom sink was also very small.
